Shipping
Each piece is individually hand finished to order so dispatch times can be variable. Please let us know when you order if you require an item for a specific date.
Please ask for a shipping quote if your country is not listed in our checkout.
Shipping is usually by Royal Mail and is trackable and/or will require a signature on delivery. We will send you an email when your item is dispatched. Please notify us immediately if your item is not delivered within a reasonable time frame - usually 2-3 days in UK.
Returns and Refunds
If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact us immediately on receipt of the item to arrange a return and refund. We will not refund until the item is returned to us in unused and undamaged condition. We will not accept returns after 14 days. We cannot accept returns on food products.
We are unable to refund shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Please do not return items before contacting us.
